Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cure Roots (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at www.cureroots.in. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products, request replacements, or claim refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong product or an incomplete order.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products without original invoice/packaging

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “non-returnable”

2. Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • For defective/damaged/expired products, please provide clear images/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received back at our warehouse, we will process your refund:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit within 7–10 business days after verification.

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to availability. Replacement will be initiated once we receive the returned item.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned as per this policy.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, damaged product), we will bear the return shipping charges.

  • For all other cases (e.g., customer changed mind), the customer must bear the shipping cost.
