At Cure Roots, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic and wellness products to you in a safe, secure, and timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50–₹100 may apply for orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply depending on location.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or from your account on www.cureroots.in.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@cureroots.in with pictures and order details.
Claims beyond 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement/refund.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
Cure Roots is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, courier partner issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
